User Acknowledgement Regarding Account Expiry
Please read this User Acknowledgement carefully before using our platform. By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below regarding account expiry and balance recovery.
Account Expiry and Balance Recovery:
Account Expiry: If your account expires and 15 days have elapsed since the expiry date, your account will be considered inactive.
Balance Recovery: In the event of account expiry, we reserves the right to recover all kinds of balances associated with your account. These balances include, but are not limited to, Instance Balance, Agent Balance, Message Balance, etc.
Waiver of Claim: You agree that upon account expiry, you waive any claims to recover the aforementioned balances. Once the 15-day grace period following account expiry has passed, you relinquish any rights to reclaim these balances.
Recharge Requirement: To retain your balances and reactivate your account after expiry, you must recharge your account within 15 days of the expiry date. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of all balances associated with your account.
User Responsibility:
Timely Recharge: It is your responsibility to ensure timely recharging of your account to prevent balance forfeiture and maintain uninterrupted access to our services.
Balance Management: We encourage you to monitor your account balances regularly and recharge as necessary to avoid any inconvenience or loss of services.
Changes to Policy:
we reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this User Acknowledgement regarding account expiry and balance recovery at any time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
